The interventions of the CICC will, over time, stimulate progress among its member States to fulfill its mission, namely, the promotion and sustainable development of the cashew sector within the Community for sustainable economic growth and the social well-being of the stakeholders involved.

Leveraging the CICC’s mandate as outlined in the Convention of its Creation and the resources envisioned for its implementation, the Institution will maximize its efforts to achieve its mission by focusing its energy and resources on five (05) strategic pillars summarized in the adjacent diagram.
